We are so thankful to have had the opportunity to have been highlighted in the CDC’s Hear Her campaign where Sarah shares her experience with postpartum depression (PPD).
Postpartum mental health issues are something many women battle in the quiet during their perinatal journey. Our goal is to bring this issue out of the darkness and supply mother’s with the resources to bring them help and solutions.
“I want women to understand that it's not easy and that we do not have to carry the responsibility.
You have to ask yourself the question, am I okay?" — Montika Collins
